CHRIS HOOD
Chris Hood, founder of C.W. Hood yachts, oversees all aspects of the business from new construction to restoration and design. A native of Marblehead and married with three children, Chris is a waterman from a very early age, he has is ABYC electrical certifications and is a sailor and power-boater.

CHRIS STIRLING
Chris Stirling, friend since childhood to Chris Hood, manages all new boat construction, refit, repair, and all other boatyard operations. He has his ABYC electrical certification, is a native of Marblehead and a lifelong sailor.

DAVID ROBISON
David Robison is our Naval Architect and Designer. David has worked for nearly 25 years with various yacht designers and boatbuilders throughout New England with a few years spent in Wisconsin. As a lifelong sailor who grew up around the water, David brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to C.W. Hood. His passion for designing great boats compliments that of Chris Hood, making them a perfect design team.
When not racing his Laser or on his classic Bertram, with his family and dog, Gilligan, David is out enjoying winter on the slopes.

KIMBERLEE MCDONALD
Kimberlee is our office Administrator. She helps with different aspects of customer service and our logistics behind storage, and other projects. Kimberlee is a Notary Public and has been part of our team since 2007.

JOE PARKER
Joe is our lead broker. He manages all aspects of our brokerage boats while also helping customer list their boats with us Joe loves spending time with his family out on the water and cruising the coast of Maine.

DESMOND BINGER
Mechanic - Desmond Binger started in 2001. He is in our new boat construction division and is a dedicated boat builder with a "can do" attitude. Originally from the Caribbean, he enjoys cooking, martial arts, and coaching.
NICK NOWAK
Marbleheader Nick Nowak is a talented mechanic and avid hydroplane racer. Nick lives in Marblehead with his family.
WILL PARKER
Will Parker - mechanic and Marblehead native, has a passion for the marine industry founded in a lifetime around boats. Graduate of the Landing School's marine systems program, Will studied small vessel operations at Maine Maritime and holds a USCG 100 Ton Captain's License as well as being a certified Yanmar Mechanic and ABYC certified.
LOGAN HOOD
JACK McGRATH
Logan has 6+ years doing various jobs, from engine maintenance to fiberglass fabrication. He is studying at Mass Maritime as an engineer. Logan enjoys boating and working on classic cars.
Jack is Logan's best friend. Growing up along the harbor and getting into mischief. Jack has a great "can do" attitude. He is a very competent worker and a "jack-of-all-trades" in the marine industry.
QUIN VAILLANCOURT
Quin is a lifelong friend of Chris and has been messing around boats since learning how to walk. Quin attended the Landing School in the 80's and is an accomplished boatbuilder. He built from scratch, a 28' L.F.H. which he frequently sails in Marblehead Harbor, spring through fall. He has two sons both in the marine industry as well.
